About This Project
The Youth Leadership Academy is our flagship program designed to develop the next generation of community leaders. Over 12 months, participants engage in intensive training covering public speaking, project management, advocacy, and community mobilization. The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on community projects, mentorship from established leaders, and peer-to-peer learning. Graduates emerge as confident advocates equipped to drive positive change in their communities.
